"Beginning Hatha Yoga"
Every Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:40 pm at Dominion Health & Fitness there is an ongoing beginner Hatha yoga class. GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE
Hatha Yoga is an ancient discipline that explores develops, and integrates the mind, body and spirit. The practice of yoga poses, in coordination with the breath and mind, systematically stretches and strengthens muscles throughout the body, increases circulation to the internal organs and glands, soothes nerves, heightens concentration, and deepens relaxation.
In the classes we will focus on poses to stretch & strengthen the body. We will also focus on balance and posture with an emphasis on the standing poses.
